Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience while completing store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain cash and compliance, and support daily store operations to keep shelves stocked and inviting.

You must be able to work flexible hours, have reliable transportation, and work in conditions that may include outside areas and variable temperatures.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service in a retail environment.
• Ability to handle cash and operate the POS system accurately.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and replenish products as needed.
• Communicate guest requests to management and assist vendors.
• Count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
