Legends Global is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador for View Boston. You will handle ticket fulfillment, retail operations, and the Magic Memories photo experience, ensuring a memorable guest journey.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain ticket options, process sales and issues.
• Assist customers in the View shop with merchandise and transactions.
• Engage guests in the Magic Memories photo experience and upsell packages.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
• Share knowledge about View Boston exhibits, events, and technology.
