The Kalispel Market Team member is a multi-tasked position that greets guests, completes sales transactions, and performs other duties to ensure guests have a great experience.

Responsibilities include cash handling, product knowledge, cleaning/restocking, and assisting other stations. Employment is contingent on background and drug screening, with a focus on safety and customer service in a casino-like environment.

Formación

• Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft programs and cash processing software.
• Ability to handle cash accurately.
• Delivery of outstanding, attentive, and friendly service to customers.
• Requires ability to operate a 10 key.
• Ability to handle stress, remain calm and courteous and handle a wide variety of clientele.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with department heads, team members.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests, complete sales transactions, and perform other duties to ensure a smooth shift.
• Maintain product knowledge of all products and specials.
• Complete cleaning and restocking duties per SOPs.
• Prepare and/or restock fresh condiments.
• Ensure proper use of gloves, utensils, and portion sizes.
• Greet, check in, and check out RV Park guests as they arrive and depart.
• Perform opening, shift change and closing duties as directed by management.
• Maintain inventory control and protect assets.
• Possibility to work varying hours as needed for business levels.
