Job summary

VENU+ is seeking a friendly Site Operations Attendant for Six Flags Over Georgia in Austell, GA. This seasonal role supports guest experiences by coordinating events, guiding guests, and maintaining equipment such as arcade games and locker kiosks to ensure smooth operations.

You will help guests, explain game rules, keep areas neat, stock the redemption center, and create memorable moments while working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in entertainment or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain equipment, including arcade games and locker kiosk systems, ensuring they are in proper working condition for guests to enjoy routinely
• Guide and entertain guests, explaining game rules, controls, and strategies
• Keep the assigned area clean, tidy, and organized, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests
• Ensure the redemption center is well-stocked
• Guide guest through an array of enticing prizes, ensuring they leave with unforgettable memories
