Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead team members, uphold cleanliness standards, and deliver a standout guest experience in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

The role requires supervisory experience, a friendly demeanor, and valid food and alcohol handling certifications. You will participate in weekly management meetings and help drive performance across departments to protect the brand and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 18+ months with Main Event or 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to create an amazing guest experience.
• Valid Alcohol Seller/Server and Food Handler Certifications.

• Maintain the center’s appearance per established facility cleanliness standards.
