The role offers competitive pay within the range of $18.20 - $20.20/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
• Must complete Shift Lead training and possibly ServSafe certified.
• Must have access to adequate transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Maintain brand image by ensuring cleanliness and excellent service.
• Support General Manager in identifying and training internal candidates.
• Interact with guests and the community, resolving concerns professionally.
