Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is hiring a Shift Lead to manage daily operations during opening, mid-shift and closing hours, with weekend rotation. You will coach a team, ensure guest satisfaction, handle orders and payments, and maintain a clean, safe dining area for guests.

Requirements include 18+ years old, US work authorization, and a high school diploma or equivalent; restaurant leadership experience is preferred. This role emphasizes hospitality and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hard-working, team-oriented, friendly and honest with strong customer service skills.
• Be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; one year of restaurant leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and delivering service with a positive attitude.
• Deliver meals to guests at tables or pickup area and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, dining room, parking lot, restrooms and playground.
• Stock sauces, cups, lids, and supplies as needed.
• Lead and coach team members while upholding operating standards.
