Job summary

BlueDynamics in Washington, DC is seeking a friendly and proactive Concierge Coordinator to provide outstanding guest services and to manage the daily operations of our property. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and coordinate services to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus.
• Strong customer service and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with check-in/check-out process
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints in a timely manner
• Coordinate services such as transportation, dining reservations, and event planning
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
• Ensure all areas are clean and presentable for guests at all times
• Train and supervise other concierge staff members
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
