Firehouse Subs in Palatka, Florida is seeking a Team Member to provide exceptional guest service while assisting Restaurant Managers and fellow Team Members in maintaining operational standards. This role interacts directly with guests and the field operations team, working under the direction of store leadership.

The position requires a friendly demeanor, reliability, and a willingness to learn all restaurant areas, including multiple stations, with consistent attendance on scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times including dining room, restroom & exterior.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows Firehouse Subs uniform and grooming standards and policies.
