Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Current food handler's card and/or food safety certification required; Responsible Service Training may be required.
• 1+ year experience in high-volume restaurant setting preferred.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to speak, read, write, and understand English; basic math skills; able to operate a POS system.
• Capable of standing for extended periods in a fast-paced, loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish a personal connection.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input into the POS.
• Deliver orders to tables and promote upsells when appropriate.
• Handle payments and provide courteous checkout.
• Keep server stations stocked and organized; maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items, dietary restrictions, and brand guidelines.
