Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or FOH roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Upselling and recommending menu items confidently.
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly.
• Use upselling skills to promote specials and popular items.
• Ask guiding questions to help guests make selections and engage with rewards program.
• Process payments including cash, card, and digital methods.
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service.
