Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take orders accurately and relay them clearly to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly.
• Use upselling to recommend specials, combos, and popular items.
• Ask guiding questions to help guests make selections.
• Offer menu recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Invite guests to join the Denny’s Rewards Program and explain benefits.
• Process payments efficiently (cash, card, digital).
• Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH to ensure smooth service.
