Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Server to provide exceptional guest service and help create memorable vacation experiences for Owners and guests. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, ensure table readiness, and maintain clean, organized work areas in a team-focused resort setting.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle a high-energy service environment while following safety and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality and guest service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks.
Set tables and ensure supplies meet quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and follow safety procedures.
Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
Explain menu items and check guest satisfaction after each course.
Process payments accurately and handle gratuities per policy.
