Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group in Lewes, DE is seeking a Server to deliver an uncompromising dining experience. You will answer questions, sell menu items, and relay orders to the kitchen while supporting a guest-centered service standard.

The role requires 2+ years in hospitality, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and flexibility to work varied shifts. Basic English and familiarity with Toast POS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Food handler certification may be required by local regulations.
• Basic knowledge of English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about the menu and communicate orders to the kitchen.
• Sell food and drinks while maintaining guest focus and a great experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all working stations.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions and return correct change.
• Assess guests’ needs and make recommendations.
• Support team in a fast-paced dining room.
