Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.
• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• For California positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required (within 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt, attentive service guided by guest preferences.
• Know menu well, confidently upsell and assist guest order selections.
• Prepare food and condiments per Outback standards.
• Ensure accurate guest orders, bus tables, deliver food and beverages.
• Support all areas of the restaurant; maintain high food safety and sanitation.
• Handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
