Levy Restaurants in Dallas is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Associate. You will take food and beverage orders and efficiently deliver items to dining room guests, while following steps of service and safety standards.

You’ll greet guests, explain menu items, accommodate dietary requests and allergens, coordinate with back-of-house staff to ensure accuracy, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area throughout service.

Qualifications

• Greet guests warmly and take orders.
• Understand menu items and ingredients; explain options to guests.
• Be aware of dietary restrictions and allergens and communicate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the dining room and take food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while following steps of service.
• Suggest appropriate menu pairings and accommodate reasonable requests.
• Coordinate with back-of-house to ensure accurate orders and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining environment and follow sanitation standards.
• Assist with cash handling and ticket collection as required.
• Support other departments during events and functions as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
