Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to follow steps of service and handle cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders following established steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards; follow up to assist with guest needs.
• Know menu items and ingredients; advise on pairings; accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate orders and requests are met.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork; stay flexible and patient with guests and staff.
• Accurately collect tickets and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe dining environment and protect guest privacy.
