DUFFY'S SPORTS GRILL is seeking a part-time Server to deliver memorable dining experiences on the front of house. You will escort guests, explain menu items, upsell to boost guest satisfaction, and manage orders through the POS system.

In this role you will verify guest ages for alcohol, collect payments, clear and reset tables, and maintain a clean, organized station. A positive, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Upsell menu items to improve the dining experience and check averages.
• Write and repeat orders; input accurately into POS system.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Check IDs to ensure legal age for alcohol service; collect payments.
• Clear and reset tables; perform cleaning and stocking tasks.
• Answer phones, take to-go orders, greet and seat guests.
• Maintain a clean server station; assist with large parties as needed.
• Remain professional and friendly with coworkers and customers.
