Job summary

The Stella Hotel & Ballroom in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle guest requests with warmth and efficiency.

You will be the friendly face of the hotel, coordinating with the team to ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure. Prior hospitality experience and familiarity with hotel software and MS Office are a plus; daily pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience in hotel or related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and MS Office beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming guest service at check-in and check-out.
• Communicate clearly with guests and hotel team to ensure smooth operations.
