Job summary

Responsibilities

• Notify head chef of non-compliant food items for correction.
• Keep food service lines stocked and assist with restocking.
• Assist with beverage and soft serve machines, ensuring daily cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with receiving and storing inventory upon delivery.
• Monitor front-of-house supplies and alert when low.
• Ensure adherence to service and cleanliness standards.
• Be a team player, stepping in to help in the kitchen.
