Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and seating them at clean tables as per the seating chart.
• Bringing waters and menus to tables shortly after arrival.
• Taking food and drink orders and making suggestions if requested.
• Communicating orders to the kitchen and bar.
• Bringing drinks and food to tables.
• Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Clearing plates when guests are finished eating.
• Offering dessert and/or the check when tables are cleared.
• Collecting payment from guests.
• Assisting teammates by seating other tables and running food when needed.
• Cleaning and organizing the restaurant, rolling cutlery, polishing glassware.
• Performing duties promptly, friendly, and in an organized manner.
