Qualifications

• Giving advice on menu selections.
• Assist guests with ordering from the POS system on their phone.
• Serve and clear service items from the table.
• Help guests make a payment on their phone or with the handheld device.
• Clear tables after service, disinfect properly, and reset for the next guests.
• Ensure the dining area is kept clean and sanitized at all times.
• Close and clean the dining area for the next day.
• Adhere to all pub policies and alcohol laws.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the service stations are fully stocked and kept clean and tidy.
• Attention to detail and thorough knowledge of the menu.
• Set tables and prepare the pub before opening.
• Meet and seat guests when the host is not on duty.
