Harthall Hotel in Nashville seeks a friendly Server to join our team. You will greet guests, present menus, and provide attentive service to create memorable dining experiences in a lively setting.

This part-time role runs Tuesday–Saturday 2:30–11:00pm, with opportunities for growth through our Management Development Program and travel/discount perks. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with attention to sanitation and order.
• Attend to customers upon entrance to the restaurant.
• Present menus and be knowledgeable of contents and offerings.
• Serve and assist customers with selecting food/beverages.
• Verify guests' identification for alcohol service.
• Take and serve food and drinks orders.
• Arrange table settings and keep areas tidy.
• Deliver checks and process payments.
• Cooperate with kitchen and serving staff.
• Adhere to health regulations and dress code.
