Lincoln Embassy Suites in Lincoln, NE is seeking a part-time dining service associate. You will greet guests, manage dining reservations, take and deliver food and beverage orders, process payments, and help keep stations clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage dining reservations, and provide attentive table service.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Process guest payments and ensure proper reporting of tips.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining stations and service areas.
• Support team by assisting with phone orders, amenities, and guest inquiries.
