Hyatt Vacation Ownership in Hawaii seeks a Server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks, maintaining a welcoming experience for Owners and guests in a friendly, inclusive environment.

The role emphasizes accurate order taking, table cleanliness, and close collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service throughout shifts that may include holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items up to 25lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks.
• Set tables ensuring all supplies meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Communicate any meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Explain menu items and specials and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and/or beverage.
• Present the check and process payment, adhering to cash handling and credit policies.
