Job summary

Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark in Lake Geneva, WI is seeking a friendly Server to tailor the dining experience and provide food and beverage service in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.

You will greet guests, take orders, explain specials, and ensure guest satisfaction while following liquor regulations; must be 18+ and able to lift 30 lbs; flexible days, nights, weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Service-oriented with the ability to take direction.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain specials & promotions.
• Understand the menu including ingredients and preparation.
• Record and input guest orders into the Point of Sale system.
• Retrieve, confirm, and deliver orders with condiments; follow liquor regulations.
• Replenish beverages and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Collect payment, thank guests, and invite them to return.
• Complete side work and cleaning tasks including restocking and replenishing condiments.
• Maintain self-banking procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
