Dave & Buster's is hiring in New York for a guest-focused role where you will provide fast, friendly service and be attentive to Guests' needs. You will take orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure smooth service while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

As part of a team, you will operate the Micros system, handle payments, and contribute to a lively atmosphere that celebrates all-out fun. 18+ and English literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games.
• Greet guests and take orders; enter orders into Micros accurately.
• Maintain sanitation procedures and ensure accurate cash handling per shifts.
• Assist with setup, bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Promote the Dave & Buster's experience and provide friendly, attentive service.
