Dave & Buster's is hiring for a team member to provide fast, friendly service and create an engaging guest experience in a dynamic, game-filled environment. You will take orders, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

Candidates should be at least 18, able to read and communicate in English, and comfortable operating the Micros POS system. Experience in a fast-paced setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through fast, friendly service.
• Greets guests and takes orders accurately using Micros.
• Maintains cleanliness and adheres to sanitation procedures.
• Handles payments and cash/credit card transactions accurately.
• Assists in setup, bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Promotes the brand and participates in incentives.
• Ensures guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery.
