• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for long periods.
• Must meet applicable requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.

• Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Set, clear, and reset tables; maintain clean service areas.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work tasks.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen, hosts, bartenders, and servers to deliver smooth service.
