Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Food Handler's Card required within 30 days of hire.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest with a friendly smile
• Provide a tour of Macayo's menu, highlighting our fresh homemade food
• Take pride in ensuring that all food served is hot, fresh and accurate
• Maintain great service throughout the guest's visit, providing timely order taking, refills, check fulfillment and ensuring cleanliness
• Ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest, assisting teammates in accomplishing this when necessary
• Do whatever it takes to make sure every guest leaves happy and willing to return and recommend Macayo's to all
