Job summary

Wet Willie's in Phoenix, Arizona is hiring servers who will greatly impact our guests' dining experiences. In this fast-paced environment, you will welcome guests with a smile, provide them with menu insights, and ensure their meals are served hot and accurately.

• Take pride in ensuring that all food served is hot (when applicable) fresh and accurate
• Maintain great service throught the guest's visit, providing timely order taking, refills, check fulfillment and ensuring cleanliness
• Ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest, assisting teammates in accomplishing this when necessary
• Do whatever it takes to make sure every guest leaves happy and willing to return and recommend Macayo's to all

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Food Handler's Card required with 30 days of hire

• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
