Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience by taking orders, serving meals and beverages, and addressing guest needs with courtesy and speed.

You will work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery and accurate presentation, while maintaining a clean work area and adhering to health and safety standards. The role requires at least 2 years in a food service environment, strong communication, basic math for transactions, and the ability to stand

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of previous experience in a food service role is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery.
• Process payments and provide correct change or receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas throughout the shift.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
