Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Previous cashiering experience in a high-volume setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with friendly conversations using the 10/5 rule.
• Operate cash register/POS, handle cash accurately and securely.
• Keep the dining area clean and organized per safety standards.
• Recognize Diamond/Platinum players and inform host staff.
• Resolve service issues using the service recovery toolbox.
• Know casino events and directions to all areas.
• Thank customers, invite them back, and wish them luck.
