Job summary

Caesars Entertainment’s JB’s Café at Horseshoe Council Bluffs is seeking a friendly food service associate to help serve guests and support daily operations on-site.

You will take orders, handle payments, deliver meals, stock supplies, and keep the dining area clean and sanitary. The role requires strong interpersonal and English communication skills, and physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in food or customer service with cash handling preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be fluent and literate in English.
• Able to stand for the full shift.
• Physically mobile with ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and process payments.
• Deliver orders to guests and buss dining area.
• Monitor and replenish food products, stock counters and displays.
• Keep work area clean and sanitized throughout shift.
• Rotate and ensure quality and safe temperatures of foods.
• Coordinate with culinary team to meet business demands.
• Maintain equipment like cappuccino machine and micros station.
• Adhere to sanitation requirements (ServSafe) and safety policies.
• Support safety and accident prevention programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
