Job summary

Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide fast, friendly, and courteous service to guests in a high-volume setting. The role requires clear English, strong interpersonal skills, and physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting.

You will know the menu, greet guests quickly, and work closely with the team to ensure guest satisfaction. Starting pay is $10.70 per hour, with negotiation based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Six months’ previous customer service experience required. High volume experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within one minute in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Provide prompt, friendly service of food and beverages to all guests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wine lists, and daily specials.
• Review reservation book to identify VIPs, special guests, and large parties.
• Assist guests with coats and seating upon departure and thank them for visiting.
• Follow all policy and guidelines and ensure guest satisfaction during service.
