Job summary

Pizza Inn is seeking a Server team member to help deliver the Pizza Inn experience by warmly greeting guests, presenting menus, and answering questions about food and service. You will take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure beverages and courses arrive promptly with proper presentation.

As a team member, you will assist with stocking, bussing, and resetting tables, while maintaining accuracy with money handling and friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, flexible, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to effectively communicate with other employees.
• Must have basic math skills, and have the ability to handle money accurately.
• Must be pleasant, personable, and friendly.
• Sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, presents menu, informs specials, answers questions.
• Takes food orders from guests and relays to kitchen staff.
• Prepares and delivers beverage orders, serves courses, garnishes with proper presentation.
• Assists in stocking workstation, bussing tables, and resetting tables.
• Processes guest orders to ensure items prepared properly and on time.
• Communicates with other employees to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assists in other areas of the restaurant when needed.
• Completes opening and/or closing checklists.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
