Job summary

Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking friendly, energetic Servers for the Culinary Arts & Events team. This part-time role requires weekend availability and the ability to work at least two days on Fri–Sun, with duties spanning guest service, order taking, and event support.

Qualifications

Minimum 17 years old.
Experience in restaurant, hospitality, catering, events, or customer service preferred.
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented.
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and special events.
Reliable transportation and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service with a welcoming attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks while upholding presentation standards.
Process payments using the POS system.
Support events, catering functions, and special programs.
Maintain clean and organized service areas.
Create memorable experiences for every guest.
