Job summary

Gravity Haus in Colorado is seeking a guest-focused café and hospitality associate to join our team. You will greet guests, assist with self check-in, respond to requests, and help ensure a welcoming, smooth stay while supporting café operations.

Responsibilities include coffee/espresso beverage service, beer and wine handling per laws, POS transactions, and opening/closing tasks. 1–3+ years in hospitality; ServSafe and/or Responsible Alcohol training completed within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in hospitality, café, restaurant, or customer service roles.
• Barista or café experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and/or guest service tools is a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing, hospitable demeanor.
• Comfortable multitasking and switching between responsibilities.
• Team player in fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Willing to learn new systems and technologies within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, friendly environment.
• Help guests navigate self check-in tools and provide support as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure a smooth, positive stay.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages.
• Serve beer and wine responsibly in accordance with local laws.
• Take orders and serve quick, casual food items.
• Maintain a clean, organized café area.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Support opening and closing procedures for café and guest service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across shared spaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
