Qualifications

• 1+ years of bartending experience (craft or scratch bar preferred).
• Strong product knowledge across spirits, cocktails, beer, wine, and seasonal trends.
• Polished, friendly, engaging presence behind the bar.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Service: Provide outstanding, personalized bar service to guests and members with efficiency and enthusiasm.
• Bar Operations: Set up, break down, and maintain a clean, organized bar; follow recipes and portion standards; manage transactions; recon daily sales.
• Inventory & safety: Monitor inventory; communicate supply needs; follow safety and alcohol service procedures.
