Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality or food & beverage service experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guests and coworkers.
• Must obtain and maintain required state certifications (Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure needs are met from start to finish.
• Know the menu inside and out, including dietary needs and daily specials.
• Deliver orders quickly and accurately with attention to detail.
• Juggle multiple tables while keeping spaces clean and service smooth.
• Handle payments and close checks following company protocols.
• Maintain clean, safe service areas in line with hygiene standards.
