Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and take accurate food orders.
• Monitor food distribution and ensure meals are properly prepared and presented.
• Check station for setup and cleanliness before/during/after shift.
• Abide by liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Be familiar with all menu items, preparation and service procedures.
• Totals checks and present to guests; handle payments.
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing stations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
