Qualifications

• Must be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize service during peak hours.
• Excellent verbal communication and guest interaction skills required.
• Knowledge of menu items, preparation and service procedures.
• Ability to handle cash and refunds accurately.
• Strong math skills for making change and processing payments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Seats guests and takes accurate food orders.
• Monitors food distribution and presentation for accuracy.
• Maintains station cleanliness before, during, and after shifts.
• Complies with liquor regulations pertaining to service.”
• Familiar with menu items and service procedures.
• Totals checks, processes payments, and returns change.
• Assists with bussing tables and resetting stations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
