Resolute Road Hospitality in Boise, Idaho seeks a Server to provide a welcoming, seamless dining experience for every guest. You will guide guests through menus, ensure order accuracy, and uphold cleanliness and hospitality standards.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication and teamwork, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include taking orders via POS, delivering meals, processing payments, and assisting with prep while adhering to health and safety

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and work on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and offer recommendations.
• Take and relay orders via POS accurately.
• Deliver meals promptly and check in with guests to anticipate needs.
• Clear tables and reset dining areas between guests.
• Assist with basic prep tasks as needed.
• Process guest payments and handle cash/credit card transactions.
• Maintain dining room and service areas cleanliness.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Follow health and safety standards and brand policies.
