Job summary

Kana Hotel Group is seeking a friendly server to deliver food and beverages in our restaurant while supporting guests with a positive dining experience. You will take orders, input them into the POS system, handle payments, and keep work areas clean while following safety and service standards.

We value dependability, basic math skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior hospitality experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Minimum 6 months server experience and hospitality exposure.
• Ability to input orders, process payments, and handle cash with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve tables and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Input orders into the POS system and generate checks.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness in restaurant and kitchen areas.
• Check IDs and handle alcohol service per policy.
• Provide excellent service and escalate issues when needed.
