Dave & Buster's/Main Event Entertainment is seeking a friendly Server to greet guests, suggest menu items, and deliver food and drinks with a focus on accuracy and speed. You will showcase extensive beverage knowledge while adhering to safety guidelines.

Requirements include age 18+, Alcohol Certification as required, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Teamwork and high attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced, fun environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18+ years of age; Alcohol Certification as required.
• Must comply with uniform standards.
• Must create a memorable guest experience.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests as an ambassador of FUN.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Showcase beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guest needs.
• Adhere to local and state alcohol laws and policies.
• Process payments and invite guests back to the FUN.
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe server area and complete side work.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
