Qualifications

• Minimum one year serving experience in upscale or high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with hospitality focus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide an engaging, personalized dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items promptly.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, allergens, and pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within assigned service areas.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately following procedures.
