Kabawa at Momofuku in New York, NY seeks a Server Assistant to deliver warm, professional service in a busy restaurant. You will assist in guiding the guest experience, maintain menu knowledge and uphold service standards, while supporting the team across FOH operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide guest’s complete restaurant experience.
• Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, and energetic service.
• Coordinate with Server on section management and pacing.
• Maintain full menu knowledge, including allergens and ingredients.
• Adhere to Momofuku service standards and sanitation SOPs.
• Assist in communicating guest issues to FOH and BOH teams.
• Support the Maitre D in table turn time and resetting for next seating.
• Set up, detail, and break down dining room and stations to standards.
• Stock and prepare service-related items and ensure proper cleanliness.
