Job summary

Colen Built Development seeks a friendly server to welcome guests, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service. You will handle payments, present bills, and maintain a clean dining area while providing excellent customer care.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Prior dining or service experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with seating; present menus with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate delivery of orders.
• Serve meals, clear dishes, and handle desserts, coffee and after-dinner drinks.
• Present bills, handle cash/credit card/resident charges per procedures.
• Keep tables and dining area clean; perform closing duties and participate in pre-shift meetings.
