Job summary

Titan Hospitality Group is seeking servers to deliver an exceptional dining experience through attentive service, teamwork, and professionalism. You will support all aspects of restaurant operations and contribute to guest satisfaction from start to finish.

Responsibilities include following service standards, verifying IDs for alcohol, maintaining menu knowledge, and keeping a clean, safe work environment while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and comply with uniform standards.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality in scheduling.
• Strong guest service mindset and clear communication with guests.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Positive attitude, sense of urgency, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Follow all steps of service and hospitality standards established by management.
• Properly verify guest identification before serving alcoholic beverages.
• Complete all required training programs and ongoing education assigned by management.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all food, beverage, and menu offerings.
• Understand menu ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
• Complete all assigned side work before, during, and after each shift.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Uphold company performance and service standards through positive professionalism.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
