Qualifications

• Preferably previous experience in a similar role.
• Must be of legal age if serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Assist guests with menu selections and recommendations.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately into the POS.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation.
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of tableware and utensils.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive assistance.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service timing.
• Communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Relay guest feedback to management.
• Process payments accurately.
